Office staff with knowledge of Japanese (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Purchasing of non-production materials and consumables (e.g. furniture, office supplies, catering for meetings)
- Translation into Japanese, German or English
- Supervision of services, such as cleaning and security services
- Managing and coordinating the company's property insurances
- Managing the leased vehicles and other leased assets as well as the company parking spaces
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the personnel department
- Support in the recruitment of personnel
- Preparation of invoices
- Reception of company visitors
Requirements profile
- Knowledge in the above-mentioned field, ideally with appropriate training (not a prerequisite for your application) and/or professional experience in an office environment, preferably also career changers/all-rounders from similar professions/industries
- Fluent in written and spoken German, Japanese and English
- Experienced in Outlook, Excel, Word
