異国ドイツで出産し、「骨盤底筋を鍛えて」、「産褥体操に通って」と言われても何をしていいのか分からないという方も少なくありません。妊娠・出産は多くの変化を体にもたらし、出産後の体は想像以上に疲労しきっている中、自分の体と向き合う余裕も時間もない状態でスタートする育児。この大事な時期に適切な知識を習得し、努力して正しく回復することが健康的にイキイキと活動できる源となり、その先にある体作りに繋がり、産後何十年経ったとしてもメリットをもたらします。

私たちは、妊娠期・産褥期・産後期の専門トレーナーで、古典的な助産師との産褥体操にα （プラスアルファ）の要素を多く取り入れたトレーニングを日本語で提供しています。産褥期から産後一年に視点を置き、骨盤底筋の解剖学と機能に関する理論の知識を深めながら一緒に体作りを指導しています。

このコースは対面とオンライン(ZOOM) を組み合わせ（ハイブリッド式）て実施します。腹直筋離開と骨盤底筋群の状態、体の動かし方や体調等を直接ご 本人とお話をしながら確認する為に初回と最終回は Nordend のプライベートスタジオで対面で実施します。
