初めましてKAISEKI KENTARO です。この度フランクフルトの隣町のBad Vilbel で新たに懐石料理店を10月上旬にオープンする予定です。
店主であり料理長のKentaro Fujita (藤田健太郎)は以前はフランクフルトのザクセンハウゼンにある日本食屋で料理長として2019年の新規オープンから今年の2月までの4年間勤めており、各現地の料理雑誌などにも取り上げて頂きました。
そしてこの度隣町で独立する事となりました。

当レストランでは日本で10年以上懐石料理を勉強し、20代で日本の割烹で料理長、30代ではドイツデュッセルドルフのホテル日航の料理長に就任した藤田が、ドイツ、又はヨーロッパに本物の懐石料理を広るという初の試みでオープン致しました。
食材はなるべく現地のものを使い見た目にもドイツの四季を表現して現地の方々に自国の自然環境の豊かさを知って頂きたいと思います。

店内はカウンター6席とテーブル1卓のみの小さなお店です。

メニューはおまかせ懐石のみとなります。
アルコール類も日本酒、ワインを各種取り揃えております。
